How do I add multiple locations
Use the business switcher in your dashboard header, choose Add Location, and enter where the new location is. Each location gets its own business profile, its own public page, and its own listings, while your account, your login, and your token balance stay shared.
How multiple locations are organised
Locible keeps each location genuinely separate rather than squeezing several addresses into one profile. Every location gets:
- Its own business profile, with its own address, phone, and hours
- Its own public page in the Locible directory
- Its own directory listings and its own sync history
- Its own reviews and its own profile score
What stays shared is the part you would not want duplicated: one login, one subscription, and one token balance that any location can draw from.
Add a location step by step
- Make sure your plan covers more than one location. See the section below if you are not sure.
- In your dashboard header, open the business switcher, the button showing your business name.
- Choose Add Location.
- Enter where the new location is and save.
- Locible switches you to the new location. Fill in its business profile exactly as you did the first one, starting with the primary information section.
The steps are the same as your first listing, so how do I create my free business listing applies here too.
Switching between locations
The switcher in the header is how you move between locations, and the one you have selected is marked. Whichever location is selected is the one every page is showing you, so the profile you are editing, the listings you are syncing, and the reviews in your inbox all belong to it.
It is worth glancing at the switcher before you make a change, so that the update lands on the location you meant. If you need two locations very close together and the switcher will not separate them clearly, send us the addresses from the contact page and we will set them up with you.
What your plan needs to include
Multi location support is an add on with Starter and Pro, and it is included with Elite. You add it from the Subscription page in your dashboard, and the pricing page shows how it sits across the tiers alongside the number of directories each one covers.
Running several locations multiplies the work, so the pieces that scale matter more: read how does listing sync work for keeping each address correct everywhere, how do AI review replies work for answering reviews across all of them, and our guide on local visibility for small businesses for the strategy behind it. If a location is not on Locible yet, you can add it free.
Key takeaways
- Every location is a separate business profile with its own public page and its own directory listings.
- The switcher in the dashboard header changes which location you are working on.
- Your token balance is shared across the whole account, not split per location.
- Multi location is an add on for Starter and Pro and is included with Elite.
